Also on April 22, the New York Police Department arrested 120 people at New York University, where school officials had blocked access to a plaza where an unauthorized pro-Palestinian demonstration had been taking place. That barrier was breached, including by protesters who were not students, according to a university spokesman, and several alleged antisemitic incidents were reported.
