While Daniel Lewis and Freya Weddell took the overall titles and the incorporated Hertfordshire titles, there was another British all-time best for Sarah Roberts deeper in the field.

The Dacorum runner already holds the W75 10km best ever time but here, Roberts hacked more than two minutes from Dot Fellows’ previous mark with 37:47.
